Fair use each month — Essentials: 5,000 emails, 500 AI chat replies. Premier: 25,000 emails, 3,000 AI replies, 1,000 text messages (then 3¢), 300 AI receptionist minutes (then 35¢). Generous for normal use, published so there are no surprises.
Premier takes a few days to switch on — registering a business number for texting is a carrier process, usually 3–10 days. We start it the day you sign up; everything else works from day one.

Plans start at $69 a month — the three plans above. Month-to-month, no contract. Annual billing is ten months for twelve, and the one-time setup fee is waived on annual.
Yes. Open this site on your phone and add it to your home screen — it then behaves like a normal app, and can notify you the moment a new lead or message arrives, so you can reply while it's still warm.
Your team — the people you invite — and us at Tree Down Media, since we run the workspace on your behalf. No other client can see it: every workspace is sealed off from the others. Your records are stored in Google Cloud, encrypted at rest, and you can export your contacts to a spreadsheet whenever you like. The providers that deliver your texts, emails and AI replies are described in our Privacy Policy, and we'll name them on request.
Month-to-month, cancel any time — no notice period, no exit fee. We keep your workspace intact for 30 days so you can export everything, and we'll help you do it. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for full unused months.
